UI That Builds Trust and Transparency
In the global apparel supply chain, design is not just about aesthetics — it’s about clarity, credibility, and confidence. For platforms like SUSTRA Gateway, the user experience must simplify complex processes such as sourcing, compliance verification, and traceability into a seamless digital journey. Every interface decision should reinforce trust, reduce ambiguity, and help brands make informed decisions faster.
This project focused on transforming a traditionally fragmented sourcing experience into a structured, insight-driven platform. From supplier discovery and certification validation to ESG alignment and production transparency, the interface was designed to present critical information in a clear, digestible, and actionable way. The goal was not just usability — but enabling confident decision-making at every step of the sourcing process.
Redesigning the Journey
We restructured the platform architecture to reflect how sourcing and compliance workflows actually operate. Instead of overwhelming users with scattered data, we created a guided journey — from supplier discovery to verification and final decision-making. Clear hierarchies, modular data presentation, and intuitive filtering systems allow users to quickly assess manufacturers based on certifications, capabilities, and sustainability benchmarks. Every step was designed to reduce friction, eliminate guesswork, and improve efficiency.
